MIT.SIP is a Community Interest Company that stands for Mindfulness, Integrity, and Transformation through Spirituality, Identity, and Praxis.
Our organisation is dedicated to empowering individuals, particularly those from the neurodivergent community, to express themselves authentically and creatively.
We believe that freedom of expression is both a fundamental human right and a transformative tool for healing and rehabilitation.
Inspired by Abrahamic faiths and human rights principles, our work builds bridges across cultures, faiths, and identities, fostering inclusion and collaboration.
WORKSHOPS
OUR STORY
The seed of MIT.SIP was planted by someone who received a late-in-life neurodivergent diagnosis, a
journey that profoundly shaped the organisation’s mission and purpose. This personal experience
highlighted the systemic barriers and social challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals,
particularly the lack of spaces where self-expression, creativity, and personal growth are genuinely
valued.

Inspired by this journey, the founder sought to create an organisation that champions the rights,
dignity, and empowerment of neurodivergent individuals. Drawing from the Abrahamic faiths and
other spiritual traditions, MIT.SIP integrates values of justice, compassion, and creativity to build
bridges across diverse communities. It aims to address the intersection of neurodivergence, faith,
culture, and identity, fostering an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and valued.
From its inception, MIT.SIP has focused on healing, recovery, and rehabilitation through creativity.
By providing tailored workshops, interfaith dialogues, and advocacy platforms, the organisation
empowers individuals to overcome barriers, rediscover their potential, and make meaningful
contributions to society. MIT.SIP’s programmes are built on the belief that everyone, regardless of
their neurodivergence or background, deserves the opportunity to express their authentic selves and
